• Replaced SharePoint’s deprecated workflow engine with a workflow generator web part and launcher extension in React, TypeScript, and SPFx, configurable on any List or Document Library with additional features added.
• Scaled the approver model from 3 people to 100+ per instance by resolving Approvers, Informees, and Viewers through Users, AD security groups and DLs, with automated mail routing and per-task approval deadlines.
• Built an event management module with calendar-based creation, self-service registration, Webex calendar sync, and change notifications, plus a scheduled job archiving events older than six months to saving in Excel Workbook.
• Own defect resolution for live applications across multiple business units, validating fixes with QA and managing branches via Azure DevOps (TFS) and Git peer reviews in Agile/Scrum sprints.

Raipur, Chhattisgarh

• Built a full stack Online Examination System for the CSPDCL Junior Engineer recruitment exam, with separate admin and candidate environments behind a shared registration and login flow.
• Implemented admin-side question management and exam scheduling, where the administrator defines the exam window and each candidate must complete and submit within that fixed duration.
• Delivered timed examinations with instant result generation, letting candidates view their own scorecard from a personal dashboard once evaluation completes.
• Added an examiner review flow for checking candidate answers, updating final results, and notifying each candidate of the outcome by automated email.
